1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SNUD OS™ (Smart Network Unified Dashboard) and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
SNUD OS™ provides a unified dashboard platform along with setup, deployment, and ongoing support services across our SPARK, FLOW, BOSS, and EMPIRE packages. Package features, setup fees, and deployment timelines are described at the time of onboarding.
3. Onboarding & Deployment
Deployment timelines (as fast as 48 hours for eligible packages) begin once your intake information is complete and confirmed. Delays in providing required assets or approvals may extend your timeline.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees and one-time setup fees are billed according to the package you select. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content, logos, or materials you submit to us.
6. Intellectual Property
The SNUD OS™ platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the property of SNUD OS™. You retain ownership of your own business content and data provided to the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
SNUD OS™ provides its services on an ‘as available’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
